In order to view any streaming audio or video presentation on your computer, you must first
install a "viewer". You may already have one installed on your system but if not, they are
available for free and can be easily installed by simply clicking on the icons below and then
following the directions. 

The two most popular viewers are Real Player and Windows Media Player, a Microsoft product.
The quality of the presentation will depend on the connection (modem speed) that you have to
the internet. Typical modem speeds are 28k, 56k, and 100k or faster. The higher speeds are
associated with intranet connections, cable modems, ISDN or DSL connections.
 After downloading and installing your viewer, you can click on the viewer-type and the modem
speed associated with the video clip above, then view the presentation.
